The well-turned lyrics of Allan Caswell and co-author Al Craig were inspired by certain unnamed world leaders. My favorite line:

I met Allan years ago while a summer intern in Hollywood for the owners of Lennon/ McCartney's songs. He has won so many Australian music awards (try googling him) that I think they had to create a few more to keep it interesting.

His latest musical incarnation, ARC (Doug Ashdown, Ross Ryan and Allan Caswell), will soon be touring Oz, for those of you who are fortunate enough to be living down under.
